Network Optimization Engineer is responsible for Turkcell 3G network optimization in Huawei Areas:

1. Worst performance cells analysis and trouble shooting;
2. Benchmark results analysis and performance improvement;
3. Radio network Capacity monitoring, analysis and suggestion;
4. Key Events assurance (provide suggestions);
5. 3G New Features Introduction (provide workshop and optimization suggestions)

Contractor takes charge of his base accommodation, to and leave base transportation cost, laptop, and working permission; Employer provides local transportation & business trip travel cost, hotel, sim card, etc. If you are interested in this position, please feel free to contact me.
